Sabatius Convolvulus (Convolvulus sabatius, syn. C. mauritanicus), commonly known as Ground Morning Glory, is a gorgeous, trailing Mediterranean perennial that produces a seemingly endless cascade of soft lavender-blue, funnel-shaped flowers from spring through fall. The silky, rounded leaves on slender, spreading stems create a soft, flowing texture that drapes beautifully over walls, cascades from containers and hanging baskets, or spreads as a delicate low groundcover across sunny garden beds.
