They are now blooming . So excited and they are healthy with a beautiful color
This is my second review, but I’m willing to do it because I am so happy with the quality of the plants I receive monthly.
I love the quality, variety and health of the plants. I signed up for a six month subscription so I receive two healthy plants every month along with 10 pounds of their exceptional potting soil. This month in addition to the plants and soil, I received a bottle of fertilizer and a package of seedling fertilizer. I’m extremely happy with Planted Places.
arrived earlier than expected. very well packaged. plant is very green and seems to be doing well since transplanting in the ground. very pleased with the whole process and plants
had 2 little buds when delivered and after planting in the ground about 4-5 days later had about 15 buds. very pleased. planting seems very healthy, packaging was well thought out to protect the plant and delivery was very fast, arriving a day earlier than expected.
Plants arrived in beautiful condition. I will buy again from this company!
Plant was destroyed in transit. I can propagate, but for as much as I spent I’d hoped for a fully established healthy plant.
We are so sorry to hear about the condition of your plant upon arrival. Sometimes shipping can be rough on plants although we do our best to package them carefully knowing that it's hard to predict how the box will be handled. This is why we have a plant guarantee in place - to ensure you're well taken care of. We'll reach out to you to see if you want to a replacement or refund. Thank you for your trust in our business.
I ordered 2 Blackbeard penstemon plants that arrived basically in perfect condition. I just recently placed them in the garden and they are thriving. I can’t wait until next spring to see them in full bloom with the dark purplish foliage. 100% satisfied.
Plant arrived a little battered. I tried to nurse it back to health but it died very quickly.
Hi Caryn, we're sorry to hear that the plants did not make the trip in good shape. While we are confident in our packaging, it is extremely difficult to ensure every plant we deliver arrives in perfect condition. This is why we have our Healthy Plant Guarantee; so that all our customers can receive the quality plant they paid for. We'd be happy to replace your plants that did not arrive healthy for free or refund your order. We'll reach out to you to find out your preference. Thank you for your business and we hope to make this better for you.
These were really well packaged, arrived quickly, and I'm very happy with the result.
Beautiful packaging and healthy plants. would definitely purchase again from this company
Plants arrived well packed and in great condition. So far so goo
They didn’t let me know about a payment issue and so my plants got delayed by a two weeks because they could full my order
It's always unfortunate when issues arise that may impact the timely delivery of orders. Our apologies that this happened to you this time around and we understand that it can be frustrating. Thank you for your continued business and we hope the plants are bringing you joy.
I purchased two of these. one immediately failed, but the other one seems to be doing fine
Thank you for letting us know the status of your plants. We have a plant guarantee that addresses plants not thriving upon arrival or damaged during transit. Make sure to check your email because we're following up to make this right for you.
Hoping it’s not too late for these to bloom but they arrived safe and sound. Great packaging! Fast shipping.
Ordered blue star creeper plants, and the first set arrived dried out. At first, it appeared 2 of the 6 plants would survive, and Planted Places sent a replacement for the other 4. The other 4 arrived and initially looked better, but are continuing to die off as well. My guess is that the current heat fried all the plants while traveling. That would not be PP's fault, but I ended up spending nearly $100 for 2 sickly plants that still may end up dead. And this is after careful watering, appropriate light, and even some product to help stressed plants recover.
We're really sorry to hear about your experience with the blue star creeper plants. Please know that we stand by our plant guarantee. If a plant does not survive the trip or doesn't thrive right away after planting, we will either replace or refund your order to make it right. We will follow-up with you to make sure that we take care of this. Extreme heat can be very stressful for new plants and we do our best to monitor ship dates based on temperatures.
Great seedlings, fast shipping. The plants are growing and thriving!
Very pretty petunia and held up well in 100 degrees (well watered and part of the time in shade). A lovely plant.
