Mild but flavorful heirloom Italian "baby" onions, with bright purple lower stems. Delicious chopped and added to salads, eggs, or as pizza topping.

To harvest either trim up to 70% of the green once they're 1/4" thick, then leave two weeks to regrow,  or thin until they are 2" apart and once stems and bulbs are 1/2 " wide.

Time to First Harvest: 2 weeks in warm season (March through October), 3-4 weeks in cool season (November through February)

Its bright sour-sweet taste and a delicate texture makes it popular in salads and sauces, and fantastic with fish!

Develops deeply curly leaves that look like moss, this heirloom varietal has a milder flavor than than flat leaf parsleys.  Tasty in green salads, potato salads, and many main dishes.

Italian flat-leaved variety with large mellower tasting leaves. Lovely sprinkled raw on vegetables, soups and salads.
