Ingredients:

• 1 large bunch – fresh mint and/or lemon balm

• Assortment – edible flowers (calendula, chamomile, and lavender)

• Hot water

• Optional garnish – mint, cucumber, and additional flowers

• Sweetener – to taste

Directions:

1. Collect your fresh herbs and flowers from your garden kits (gently wash if needed).
