Asian Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon - minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon - minced ginger
  • 3 to 4 teaspoons - melted raw honey
  • 2 tablespoon - tahini
  • 2 teaspoon - tamari
  • 5 tablespoons - rice vinegar
  • 1 - chopped spring onion
  • 3 tablespoons - toasted or raw sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon - black sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon - chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon - chopped red pepper
  • Dash of cayenne pepper

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, add chopped garlic, ginger, and melted honey and stir in.
  2. Add tahini and work in so the tahini is nicely integrated. Next add tamari,
  3. Mix in apple cider or rice vinegar. 
  4. Add in the green onions and black sesame seeds.
  5. Drizzle in sesame oil and work it into the dressing so it doesn’t separate. If you need to adjust anything to match your own taste, you can balance it by adding in oil, vinegar, tahini, or tamari.
  6. Add chopped cilantro and red pepper (optional).
