Your Planted Style is how you eat, or maybe how you want to eat.
It could be aspirational and it could change with the seasons. Your Planted Membership is as flexible as you are.
Growing small amounts of food will slightly change the way you eat. You will begin to understand the plight of the farmer as your yield is largely dependent on Mother Nature. Your food will be ready to eat at different times and sometimes at the same time. You can absolutely grow, harvest one-time if you prefer. We find it irresistible to wait! We tend to harvest a few leaves each day. By allowing the plant to continue to work to produce. One lettuce plant will easily produce leaves for two and sometimes three months. It isn’t unusually for one lettuce plant to produce leaves for a few months. If you creates a slightly different way of eating. We call it “grazing.”
If you eat lots of salads or sandwiches you might prefer the Mostly Salads selection. We will send you a selection of lettuces and herbs.
If you use your greens more in smoothies or cooking, you might prefer Mostly Smoothies.
All selections include seasonal and complementary herbs.

We have created some basic theme selections to keep it simple. You can focus on mostly nutrient dense leafy greens and herbs, or mostly crisp delicious lettuces and herbs, or you can select your own, or let us pick! We are keeping it simple and broad, but always fresh!
