Q: Can I send my gift with live plants after the holiday?

NO PROBLEM. BUY NOW and SHIP LATER . You just tell us when to ship. You pick your desired shipping date in the online shopping cart. You'll also be given the chance to enter a note for instructions or a gift message.

Q: Will plants survive shipping this time of year?

ABSOLUTELY . We grow with the season so we’re growing cold tolerant varieties right now. All plants are shipped directly from the greenhouse and sent via expedited shipping. If you want to pre-order Spring floral products , you can do so by choosing when to ship your plants. Product pages will provide the earliest availability dates for plants that can be ordered out of season.

Q: I’ve had my eyes on the Planted Wall but I don’t want to start growing until next year, can I do that?

YES YOU CAN. Lock in the low price now! Just make sure to tell us when you’d like to start growing (there’s an area to enter your ship date in the online shopping cart). We can ship the Planted Wall now and hold off on the live goods (organic seedlings and soil) until you want to start. Leave special instructions for shipping in the notes area of the shopping cart. We'll follow up to confirm with you.
