Plant Specifications:
These seedlings will mature in about 80 days. These plants make perfect container plants as they only get to 2-3 feet high and up to 2 feet across. Once temperatures dip into the low 50's consistently, you will wind down the plant and take your final harvest. If you pick the pepper when it is still green, it will be less spicy. To get the best flavor, you should wait to pick the jalapeno peppers when they are fully ripened and yellow.
