Mild but flavorful heirloom Italian "baby" onions, with bright purple lower stems. Delicious chopped and added to salads, eggs, or as pizza topping.

To harvest either trim up to 70% of the green once they're 1/4" thick, then leave two weeks to regrow,  or thin until they are 2" apart and once stems and bulbs are 1/2 " wide.

Time to First Harvest: 2 weeks in warm season (March through October), 3-4 weeks in cool season (November through February)
